After having bought many pairs of Steve Madden shoes, I expected better when I spent over $300 on a pair of boots that came with a WRONG detachable piece. After trying in store, on the phone and via email – the customer service message was clear. No help, no resolution from Steve Madden. But, they do make size 12 shoes so make your own decisions. I, for one can’t see spending money at a company that doesn’t care if I’m happy with my purchase when THEY made the error.
